now my hand still pain... wish can pain 4 long time so tt i not need 2 do heavy work hahaz...

so painful.... 2 day i go roller blade 4 2hours i keep falling down by i m not the 1 who fall the mosat hahaz....but when yhe 3rd time i fall down i sprain my hand's nerves n pain sia i cant move my hand 2 often
